Its not only the Malays are doing it. there are many books written by ulama regarding the treatment using Quran. but of course if u do it the wrong way u cn be shirk. about the loyalty to Sultan that our Malay ancestors have. which is the cause of mass Islamization of them at that time. Thats nonsense. Then why dont we become Christian when Portugese colonized us? the fact is our Sultan at that time really love to learn from ulama. so of course he will observe justice and people will like him. and whats with his discontent with people who respects ulama very much? i think Islam do teach us to do that right? the writer also seems to be confused.
